I have got almost 11K of cashback on my shopping. Sometimes the cashback goes missing but it’s very rare, we can raise a missing cashback ticket and the issue is always resolved. I am using this from few years now and never faced any issues. the Customer care service is good but if they can add live chat option will improve the overall experience.
