The only thing best about the website? It gives cash-back on almost every website. They give us the exact about of cash-back after 1-2 days of completion of purchase.
But after scrutinizing the website and using for more than 1 year, I have came to this conclusion that this website is cheating customers somehow. I have many instances with this website. Initially cash back amount will be shown with proper detail. However, later on after a sometime this guys starts declining cash back request on the basis on cash-back rejected by the website where purchases has been made.
I have a yesterday incident that made me realise that this website is cheating somewhere and in any possible way. I had a purchase in the month of august on snapdeal of amount 24889 and I received cashback in pending status in cashkaro on 17 Aug 15 of amount 489 approx. with a cashback confirmation date of 14 Nov. But what they done was unacceptable, they approved the cashback amount within october only but changed the amount from 489 to Rs138.41. So its totally case of misleading the customer and reducing the cashback amount with informing the customer at all. And that is the reason I have this website, it cheats a lot without letting anyone know about it. However if ou reach out to customer support, they simply ask for evidence for the transaction done 2 months back and at that point of time its hard for most of the ppl to remember things.
