CASHKARO - genuine or a fraud?!

I had been to cashkaro, more than a calendar quarter past. The most astonishing fact is their service & support. Their quick response to any queries is noticeable. My payment threshold is reached & waiting for the NEFT to my bank account after payment request of my confirmed cash back. But they could easily lower the minimum payment limit a little bit.
