Snapdeal does not support Cashkaro. For publicity sake they are keeping them in the list of companies. They advertise that snapdeal gives 10% cashback.
The letter I received from Customer Care of Cashkaro is enclosed herewtih. Hope you are well. This is regarding the Missing Cashback Ticket that you raised for your Snapdeal transaction.
We can see that you visited Snapdeal via CashKaro and that is why you were able to raise Missing Cashback ticket for this transaction however, Snapdeal has informed us that this transaction has unfortunately not tracked on their end, so they won’t pay us commission for it.
They believe one of the Terms & Conditions listed here(https://cashkaro.com/page/Snapdeal-terms-and-conditions) have not been followed. As you know, we pay Cashback from the commission we get from brands. Since we aren’t getting commission for this transaction, we are unable to pay you Cashback for the same.
Snapdeal does not accept any Missing Cashback tickets, hence we will have to close your current ticket and it will show as ‘Resolved’ in your CashKaro account. Please note if the Cashback corresponding to the Transaction has already been added manually in your account, it will be marked as Cancelled. Our sincere apologies for the trouble, sadly we are bound by Snapdeal’s decision which is final.
Below are some common reasons why Snapdeal Cashback does not track. Would be great if you can ensure these are all followed so that in future your Cashback always tracks normally:
1) Add products to your Snapdeal cart only AFTER clicking out from CashKaro.com, not before that. Sometimes our users go to Snapdeal directly, put products in their cart, then come back to CashKaro.com and click out. This disqualifies Snapdeal T&C & your Cashback will not track 2) Do not visit any other Cashback, Coupon, price comparison or deal site after clicking out from CashKaro. Even if these sites are open while you are shopping via CashKaro, the sale can wrongly be attributed to them instead of CashKaro.com. Hence, we won’t get commission and your Cashback will not track
3) Always login to your CashKaro account and click-out to Snapdeal’s website before each transaction. Shop in the same session as you click-out
4) Cashback is not applicable if all or any part of your order has been returned or exchanged irrespective of the reason of return/exchange. Cashback for the entire order will be cancelled even for partial exchanges/returns.
