I am using cashkaro since 3 or more years. There was mix and match of good & bad experiences but I must accept that cashkaro customer service lost is humbleness.
It seems like in the shadow of Volume of business, popularity and customers, they have more easy going attitude.They really dont care about the customers.
Moreover, since last few months there is a problem with tracking .tracking is not done properly due to system problem of cashkaro. if one raise missing ticket then they give months of time for tracking.
This is actually not acceptable. On contacting cashkaro, they have always customized reply and never try to give any satisfactory answer.
I am really disappointed and planning to switch to other cash back partners if this is the way cashkaro dealing with customers.
