The website offers you cash back when you purchases the product from other online websites by clicking through them. I don’t know how possibly it can lose track of cashback as I never put item into cart before going through cashkaro and also use same window in my browser.
First of all they never tracked your cash back, you have to file a request in their missing cashback ticket system in which first they sent the ticket to the retailer for 30-45 days, there were two of my pending cashback just gone cancelled with no reason . Also the cashback doesn’t get tracked every time .I would not recommend.
