These cheaps are great con artists. How do they get away scot free is beyond me!? They are pulling off a terrific scam seeing the 2008 recession. If you are a fresh graduate you are the target victim. Please do not join if you want your sanity and if you value your time and money.
Their modus operandi is:
1) Put ad in leading job portals like Monster and Naukri with job "Trainee Engineer" for freshers.
2) The job will say self financed training course.
3) When you visit the CMC branch, the business development and the counsellers will deceive you with false promises of jobs after training course.
4) You will end up paying 70K or 100K for run of the mill bogus course certificate which will not in the least sense make you employable(while wasting you precious time).
5) You will be trained(the level of training provided by so called Java institutes) by permanent employees.
6) After training they will show their true colours when they don’t live up to theverbal promise(takeway is that always take something in writing). They won’t increase your contract. You are paid minimum wage salary for the work. Do the Math.
7) YOU ARE SCAMMED.
8) Profit to CMC and their shareholders.
All in all, it is a Ponzi scheme or a Pyramid scheme where only the people at top of the pyramid get rich. Even Charles Ponzi does not hold any candle to these fraudsters.
