Gave Hero honda Splendor vehicle to Balaji CASTROL Bike service point (beside Hiku honda show room) for servicing. Servicing was ok. But After I got the bike, I observed that my horn was not working and bike is shaking while driving. When I went back to them, they said, Battery has become bad and Wheel alignment is gone, so 750 + 150/- I have to pay again to make it fine. I said, When I gave you for serving everything was fine. They said, they don’t give any guarantee and they started arguing that they don’t touch the battery and wheels while servicing and there is nothing that they can do.
Then I went to Hero honda show room and and got them done paying 850/-. They said, it looks like they replaced my working battery with some old non-working battery and wheels are bent for some reason.
I felt cheated and frustrated and can do nothing about it, except making sure no one who reads this review go to them again.
