I bought a Bajaj Pulsar 150CC bike at Castrol Bike Zone(RV Motors, Hebbal, Banagalore) last month. I really repent for buying the bike there. Before making the payment, I was told that the bike would be delivered on the same day of payment and they wanted full payment.
Before paying the amount, the manager over there used to call me twice daily. After paying the amount in the morning, I was asked to collect the bike in the evening. When I went in the evening, the manager was not there and when I tried to reach him on the mobile, he started disconnecting the call. When I was calling from other phones, he was answering the call and disconnecting it after hearing my tone.
This happend for three days and I sent him an SMS that I would have to contact the head office, after which, he called me and told me that it would take two more days to get the bike. In this way, it continued for 10 days and I got my bike. Then again he told me to come on some other day for invoice, RC book and insurance. I had to use my bike without these for one week.
On two different dates I got invoice and insurance and that too after goind to showroom for around 20 times. I have still been going to showroom for RC book and today I questioned him why is he doing like this and how many times should I come. Then he told me that he is not going to give RC book at all and he is asking me to give the bike back for which he is ready to pay the original amount by reducing 15K.
I was really shocked. I wrote a mail to the head office 1 week back and there is no reply so far. I think I have no other way except proceeding legally. I have to tell about the free service provided at castrol bike zone. They say it as free servicing and they charged me Rs.50 for chain adjustment. This is the way they work. They are greedy, irresponsble. My sincere advice is not to go for Castrol Bike Zone.
