I purchased a ticket online and when I got my email confirmation I noticed the return date was wrong so I called Cathay Pacific the next morning to resolve the issue. They advised me that they will have to look in to it and call me back. I didnt get a call back until 4 days later and then.
They were telling me I made the error and that if I want the ticket fixed with the correct date I have to pay them an extra 450.00 dollars. I dont have 450.00 dollars the customers relations manager is useless and does like to help her customers so if I were anyone FLY some where else or youll get what you paid for.. CRAPPY SERVICE!!!. So because they declined to change the date for me I cancelled my ticket. Its not worth giving my money to a company that doesnt care about their customers!!!!!!!
