I recently got my servicing done in Cauvery ford in binny town. My Ikon has done 50000 and had told the guy who comes to inspect the vehicle all the problems I had. They never checked the brakes and mentioned that it was ok. IT is not ok. The brakes dont to work fine. There is some sound coming from the dash board when driving. the entire AC duck seems to be loose and that makes an annoying sound.
I have mentioned it several times to the guys , I even went back once but they did not bother to fix it. The worst part is you have to wait for hours to get your vehicle delivered. The work is not completed by the time promised. You end up going there and waiting for 2-3 hours. I hate it .They have no respect for your time.
Overall, my experience is bad. It is bad luck that there are hardly any good ford service stations around.
