Recently I came to know that cauvery ford is re opened & with much enthu I have gone to give my car for service but I found all the guys who attended me are new & lack knowledge about the product, any thing I ask about the vehicle they come with a standard statement taht ’i will get back to you.
Sir’ I had a doubt regarding distance to empty meter none of them knows about it & never got an answer, since I have brought my car for servicing I left the car at service station they promised me that they will deliver the car in the evening 4pm but to my suprise they called me thrice & postponed delivery time at 7pm, when I reached at 7pm still my car was not ready, I have to wait another half an hour to get delivery atlast I have taken delivery of my car but to my suprise there was a huge sound when applied the breaks.
I called up the service advisor he told me to drive 5kms the noise will automatically disappear but the noise never disappeared even after driving 10Kms. then I took next day to Lathangi Ford they took for a test drive & replaced brake pads & the problem resolved, Lathangi service is very good, I will never go back to Cauvery Ford
