I was experiancing some annoying sound when driving my ford figo. So I gave my car for service at cauvery ford and also asked them to fix this issue.
After collecting the car, my complaint was not fixed, same annoying sound while driving even at the speed 10kmph.
I again took my car to cauvery ford with same complaint. They did a small test drive and asked me to wait few minutes. Then advisor came and told, shock abosorber and link rod is gone and asked me to replace without even testing the car properly and the cost would come around 7k for replacing these items.
I was not satisfied with their responce and took my car outside for checkup. That mechanic fixed the problem in just 5mins and charged me just 150rs.
So I suggest you to double check with outside garage when these people say there is problem with parts.
Every time I give car for service at authorised ford service centre, they will find some or other problem with parts and make me to pay lot of money. This time I was lucky and did not get into their trap.
