I was in search of a Ford car and found out that Lathangi Ford was the closest showroom I have to my home. I just gave a visit to their dealership and believe me THEY ARE PATHETIC!!!!! I also found a friend of mine in the showroom who would always flunk in college and has not idea about cars working there as a team leader!!!! They do not have any idea about customer service and courtesy!! The financial guy acts like he gives the loan by himself for free without any interest!!! They do not even have goodies or any kind of attractive offers NOTHING and adding to that their service space is just junkyard!!!! I gave a visit to their service space and I observed the cars are being treated very rude with no care!!
SO I DECIDED to either check out Cauvery Ford or Metro Ford. Since I am located in South Bangalore I thought if I go to Metro Ford it will be too hectic to visit the showroom often for any complaints. So I decided to go with Cauvery Ford.
The first impression that you get entering Cauvery Ford is beautiful showroom with the best customer service! Everyone greets you so well and treats you so well! I was also fortunate to find a friend of mine working there and he was so well trained to let me know the best and worst of being a Ford customer.
Their service space was the best I have seen with good maintenance and very nice way of handling the cars with each step of the service being carefully planned. They do have some very good mechanics who are well experienced. But they still need to be trained by Ford to give them a lot of update on the problems that the cars might get and what they can do to fix it. Anyway since I know pretty much about my car it was not tough for me to ask them to fix whichever the problem is and they would do it without any issues or ego.
Believe me guys Cauvery Ford gives the best offers and discounts than any other Ford dealers in Bangalore. So I got the best discount with a lot of additional items like fog lamps, car cover and many others! SO AS PER MY OPINION CAUVERY FORD IS THE BEST!
