They come up with innovative policies every few days to reduce incentives and allowances. I am working here for a few years, and not a month has gone without salary discrepancy. Incentive and shift allowance policies are changed right in the middle of the month or sometimes after the month has passed. Cronies and chamchas of Team Leaders are the only people who can survive as they get easy and big files alloted to them.
