Cbay Systems, the other names of fraud, cunning, cheating and so on whatever the name you like. The management people here are bucket holders to the Business Head, Biju Thomas, who himself feels as if he is dropped directly from heaven. We would have never seen such a bugger in our life. He will always try to implement his mallu ideas and he himself feels he is the most intelligent of all. To be frank once he is replaced with someone in his place, he will find hard even to keep a Bakery or Condiment Store in or around Bangalore what usually Malayalam people do as that business needs you to speak local language which he does’nt know and one thing is for sure, people are eagerly waiting to break his legs once he gets down from his position. When it comes to RMV, the place is filled with full of most idiotic management people. These buggers doesn’t know how to do their work and they dance to BH tunes and whatever the so called God says, they will be ready to implement.
I can dare to challenge with anyone in the whole world, they cannot show me an employee (other than management people) that he is happy working with CBay. No one will last here for more than 1or 2 years and to the max is 4 years (chamcha’s are exceptional) and afterwards they make you to resign by yourself and this talent is very much learnt by our respected Mr. Suresh Gowda, Hon’ble Production Damager, useless creature, who thinks employees here should treat the company as their home and forget their families and work day and night at his office, but should never ask for any hike in salary as management will be confused how to cut your salary and what new scheme can be implemented to give you a surprised and deducted salary on 6th or 7th of every month. Only Suresh’s chela’s will be benefited by doing chamchagiri and doing all easy work. They are the one who take good salary and these buggers will pull the money from other’s salary and will put into their accounts. One of the sick company ever found in Bangalore.Till now, so many people have suffered mentally and have been exploited by these kind of acts done by these buggers. Only thing I would ever wish that these people undergo the same kind of treatment by others where ever they go and suffer the humiliation given by them to others. Guys mouthshut people cannot provide the space required to write about this company, because it is the worst ever sweeper company I have seen and I myself have suffered lot from these people and left the company.
There is one more big idiot of these smaller ones, his name is Arnab Roy. He is acting as if he is the spokesperson of Cbay Systems and trying to mislead people who doesn’t know Cbay Tactics, please don’t go through his reviews as he is fed in Cbay to give a good impression of the company and he has copied and pasted the company profile in his review and this shows how much he knows about his own company and as he himself does’nt know when he is going to be thrown out, and the day they do, he will write the truth about this company and my sincere request is to never think of Cbay Systems if you are looking for a medical transcription company.
