I had a mixed experience with Cbazaar. When I ordered items 2-3 years ago, they were shipped very quickly, and were of good quality.
I ordered again about 2 months ago, and prepaid for the items. One of the products reached me before scheduled date, one reached right on time, but the third was facing production issues that I was not told about. It had been more than a month since the order was placed.
After many calls to customer care inquiring about the delay, I was finally asked to choose another product. So I did, and those were shipped within 3 days.
I can say those guys do try to settle issues. The product quality is definitely good too. But there seems to be a big communication bottleneck between the customer care and manufacturing unit. Also, none of my tickets were responded to via email, forcing me to keep calling them over and over. Not happy about that.
I will probably buy from them again, but will only choose a Ready to Ship item as I can be sure that’s already made and won’t face production issues and endless delay.
Their customer base has really exploded within the last couple of years. I wonder if they are fully equipped to meet the demand.
