I am so upset that I gave devilish Cbazaar a chance as they failed to deliver my Lehenga Choli for my wedding next week! They took over 7 weeks of my precious time always assuring me that they would ship my Lehenga timely but only informed me on the dispatch date they won’t be able to do it and only because, I (!!!) asked them whether they have dispatched the item as promised before.
Now I have purchased all jewelry, shoes and accessories matching a dress I will never get. Thank God I have paid by Paypal though they did not want Paypal Payment (now I know why!) and therefore I was on the safe side for getting a refund as I claimed a case against them on Paypal. Otherwise I would not have my dress on time and not my money for sure. Cbaazar completely messed it up and I can not express how I feel about their incompetence and their couldn’t care less attitude. I asked the lady on the customer care phone how she would feel in my case if it was her wedding and all she did was hang up the phone! What is this???? Are these people seriously thinking providing such a lousy service will help them in their business?
I curse the whole staff at Cbazaar praying that in the future they won’t be able to make another girl as unhappy as me messing up a special occasion like a wedding. So take my good advise and avoid them so that such people have to stop their rotten business in the future as their inability of keeping time frames are only delivering tears not happiness as they ridiculously claim! I HATE Cbazaar!!!!!
