Item was charged but order was never processed

The online service charged me money on my credit card for an item that they claim was never ordered. Nor was the item processed or shipped.


When I noticed that the was charged and the shipment was not received, I made a complain to the customer care, with the bank statement and order details, for which I did not receive prompt reply.


The customer care is very poor and they don’t believe in customer satisfaction.


Its been 2 months, and I still haven’t received my refund for the item which was never dispatched. I noticed a lot of others experienced a problem with the payment.


They seem to have a poorly managed payment gateway and absolutely unprofessional. It seems impossible for the bunch of ignorant and under trained customer service to make a simple money reversal.
