The online service charged me money on my credit card for an item that they claim was never ordered. Nor was the item processed or shipped.
When I noticed that the was charged and the shipment was not received, I made a complain to the customer care, with the bank statement and order details, for which I did not receive prompt reply.
The customer care is very poor and they dont believe in customer satisfaction.
Its been 2 months, and I still havent received my refund for the item which was never dispatched. I noticed a lot of others experienced a problem with the payment.
They seem to have a poorly managed payment gateway and absolutely unprofessional. It seems impossible for the bunch of ignorant and under trained customer service to make a simple money reversal.
