They advertise easy returns. I tried to return very expensive dress. They didn’t return money. But they send gift voucher. I bought less expensive dress using the gift voucher and thought of using remaining amount on other dress. When I tried to buy the other one, they didn’t accept my gift voucher, I did chat with customer care agent and she promised me to send different gift voucher.
After following up with her for one week, she said she can not give my money back and I have to forget about it. I wrote mails to customer care. But they said they cant give my money back. I lost $75. How can they just take my money and wont let me buy anything?They are thieves.
