Bought suit from Cbazaar for my wife on our first marriage anniversary and paid USD115.
On anniversary day, when opened it, suit was defective (torn). What a start of anniversary day, SHAME ON YOU CBAZAAR (though Cbazaar claims that they do multiple round of quality inspection before sending; I don’t understand what they check). Anyways, after that real pain started when I asked for refund. It’s hard to mention everything but all I can say, they drove me crazy, after contacting them every day they agreed to take suit back after 4-5 days.
Then another pain started, though they received the return still not refunded, I called them again and they told they are working on it. Also, they wouldn’t refund shipping cost. At last, I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to believe them during any special occasions.
