Despite the positives, there were a few irritating bumps in my journey with Cbetter. First, things like timelines kept slipping: promised delivery dates for certain assets (video edits, social creatives) often stretched beyond what they initially committed to. I felt communication lagged at times, where replies were slow, slower, and almost vague, especially with smaller tasks. The quality consistency also varied: some graphics, design, or ad creatives were best in class, others seemed generic or hasty. Pricing for add-ons occasionally caught me off guard; features I assumed were included proved to have an additional cost. And although their client roster is large, I couldn't find very many long-term case studies with sustained ROI (only initial-month growth or reach, but not subsequent outcomes).
