As per ccavenue you cant do transactions between your family(means you cant sale/service to your family members.?) in account opening and all I have wasted my 30 days and around 5000 rs. first I have done transaction of rs 200000 rs successfully. after they told this is not proper transaction and they give me two options:
1) Refund the transaction(INR 197191.00)
2) The unsettled amount in your account will be on hold for 180 Days which is the time frame set up for the charge back process by the bank.
instead of 200000 they have refunded 197191 if transactions is not successfully then why should we give CCavenue Fees.? they said its bank fees and they are not ready to say which bank it was so I can directly connect to bank. no bank is charging 3000 rs for transaction of 200000.
and second option was shocking who will put there 200000 for 6months in CCavenues account if you will put on interest in any bank they will give 12000 interest for 200000(6months)
my experience was not good it was really hard time for me I wasted my time and money:(
