I had a query regarding my online transaction and when I called them it asked me to dial the extension if I know else press 0 for the assistance and that 0 leads to a Security or an Admin guy who just says’Hello’ then puts you on music and the call gets disconnected. I called up 4 times and he did the same. 5th time I asked him who you are and why are you putting me on music and disconnecting the call? He says, "Sir mujhey nahi pata, mai admin ka hun aur mai technical team ko transfer kar raha hun, aaj kyun ki Sunday hai sirf 2 log hai, ek minute mai technical team ke bande ko bulata hun" and the call gets disconnected.
After a while I called up again then again he transferred the call and finally it took me to the support team and the person was not pleasing at all and was speaking as if I called up on this personal mobile. Then he wanted some reference number, I took his extension this time so that I can directly reach him. I called them again with the reference number and dialed the given extension and this time another person picked the call. The this guy is also speaking in the same manner as the first person with a rude voice and talking to me as if I have a payment due to be made and he is holding my neck to collect the money. Somehow I got the information I wanted but the support is really pathetic and the support team is very very rude. My suggestion is, never go for it.
