Best Gateway but Poor Customer Service an UI

They have most banks but not the best service. Every issue takes months to resolve, unless you want to upgrade your account and pay them more money.


User interface is also bad. We have a premium account for our website https://lenskart.com and 5/10 transactions fail because of bad user interface of CCAvenue.


And if we want to fix the user interface at our end, we need to work with their customer team which is highly inefficient and unresponsive.
