CCAvenue is a known online payment portal, however it is know for their bad service instead of good. They have a poor service support and a very bad loading speed. It happens very often that the payment portal crashes in midst of ongoing transaction, which sometimes results in the payment getting held by the service provider and then you have to go through a lot of trouble to unfreeze the amount. The server crashes very often which is very annoying specially when you are in between some important transaction. Talking about the customer support, it is more like the services where they keep you directing from one supporter to another because most of the supporters lack in-depth knowledge of the problems. It takes ages to get in contact with the support and it takes like decades to get your issue rectified. The website lacks contents which sometimes misleads the user because of the hidden terms & conditions. And I’ve also seen many people’s money being held for as long as 2-3 months. They need to improve their service and customer support.
