I called and she said first word "Hello", so rudely. The whole call was like she is doing a mega favor to me. I gave her order ID, she did not find anything. I gave her transaction from statement, she did not find anything. Then she said send me the screenshot of same statement. It was a big joke. Then no revert on screenshot I shared.
Called again, still no result.
