Please look into paypal before joining ccavenue, they are remitting money to India, to your bank account directly, they are much cheaper, AND they are not Anti - Indian Pro - US.
I wish I had more time with me to pursue legal recourse against this company. So please DO READ the 2 main points below.
Just two points that everyone should take care of, while getting a ccavenue account.
The deposit to them is NON refundable, that the say is a setup fees. This is ridiculous, setup fees of 7500 for 7% and setup fees of Rs 25000 for 5%. Imagine Rs 25000 as non refundable SET UP fees, this is simply unheard of for ANY cc processor company.
They do not help you in charge back cases, unlike square trade or paypal. They simple pass on all the blame to you.
Please be VERY VARY while dealing with this company. They are just a big company who do not care about you - if you are a small vendor.
Also keep in mind that they would not answer your questions, the live help is un available most of the times and support is but a joke.
Please go with paypal or some other provider, they are better for Indian vendors, they have seller protection and they(American cc processors) are more attentive, despite being an Indian company ccavenue would NOT help an Indian vendor and would at one command from an American client will roll over and do all sort of tricks.
