CCAvenue is one of India’s leading payment gateway but what I have experienced with this payment gateway has made me feel its the worst. first of all this gateway is really very slow. once you click on make payment button it takes ages to load and sometimes the connection gets drop as well. even more bad is when this happens while making the payment. a lot of time happened to me that after making the payment when this gateway takes me back to the vendor website this gateway drops the connection and the payment gets stuck in between and vendor dont receive it. it happened to me a lot of time only with this gateway. on top of that their customer service is one of the worst I have ever witnessed in my entire life. now days when ever I am making an online payment the first thing I check if the vendor is using CCAvenue for the payment. if it does I dont even buy any thing from the vendor
