I posted my requirement for Biometric attendance on India Mart, they connected me to CDN Technologies.
I wanted one Unit Biometric Device with webserver access, with customized software meeting my requirement. Model ESSL MB160 for Rs 12000.
On 18 Oct I transferred Online Rs 12000 towards advance as CDN team promised full return in case they are not able to meet my satisfaction which I believed.
Surprisingly on the day of installation, the engineer mentioned they dont have the requisite technology and cant install.
It was unfortunate that the team didn’t have expertize to install. Because of this my project got delayed.
The product was not installed, after repeated followups and great effort on 16th Nov the money was refunded.
Rs 1500 was deducted towards cancellation charges. The cancellation was done by CDN Technologies and charges were deducted to my account, only because my advance was with them.
I strongly recommend not to transact with such unprofessional dealers, who don’t respect you.
