Dear friends, I want to tell you about the company which is called as cease fire Industries limited. it is actually Delhi based company but present in all over the country.
I was working in my old company I went there to give interview for Bangalore Location, I got just selected in one Round only.They sent me to Delhi for training Till that time I didn’t got my Offer letter they had told you will get appreciation in your salary.
I went there for training and the training was for fifteen days and they use to take test on every three days. I was all India’s highest scorer because there people are present almost from all over the country. On last day I got offer letter In that My package was around four lakh thirty five thousand. I was okay okay. we went back to our Location.
I was for Bangalore. I joined there as senior Business development manager when I entered inside the office I got shocked it was so dirty first, and in so small place people was sitting and talking, I asked and entered inside and I went to meet with HOL ie, head of location He was not able to speak in English but he was talking by using some word which was making me confuse about selecting the company. first day was good, even second day was too but from third day I came to know that this job is not Business development it was front desk sales ad we have to do cold calling by directly visiting to any office or prop-writer firm well we did all in the sun rays and one most important we have to be on the field from 10.30 am till 5.30 pm if our work get over we are not allowed to enter in the office ohh! it was just bad feeling about the company.
Now I want to tell you about the most important thing and embarrassing thing about salary, we use to get salary on 7th and you will get shocked because your salary can be hold by your seniors, they can play with you, no hr policy just worst company to work. I got package of 4.35lakh but in hand I was not even getting 30K this was redicullas I really got disappointed.they are cutting so much on different criteria My territory Manager was really a waste fellow he just go to his home at 11am and come back to office at 6 pm.
I worked one day with him one then I came to know what this company is? they just gave so much presser on the front desk managers and at last they even don’t give full salary. if you are close to your seniors the you will get your salary on time other wise you have to beg for your own salary. no Hr policy seriously if company is earning so much and they treat you as their servant then better to quit this type of company. I request you to not work in such company.
My friend was there from Kerala he didn’t even got the salary for second month he requested so much he was begging but I don’t know why they was doing like this.He was taking money from me for petrol and for lunch I am telling you this was really a waste company. Even I didn’t got my incentive and I want to tell you there is no incentive, growth and no job security. I request to all viewers please just don’t go on name they have so costly product in market you will get same product at reasonable price.
