Am referring to Suman Motel at Panvel, near Mumbai.. we had a booking thru’ our common friend and thought it to be a grand weekend experience..but alas it was pathetic to say the least..
First the rooms are dirty, smelly and dingy.. the attached washrooms are infested with cockroaches, lights do not work and taps leak. ACs do not work, , the linens are stale..
The hotel do not use backup power and mind u there are frequent power failures in that area thanks to MSEB
The swimming pool is not cleaned at all as one can see the dust and dried leaves floating on the surface..the boundry areas are sleepery and covered with algae and the attached toilets are worse than bus station loos with no water or electricity..the bath suits that they dole out on payment are not washed but are just dried out for the next victim..
The food was given late, a big crowd gathered and there was a shortfall of many items..the recreation rooms are in shambles.
Do I say anything more ?
