I purchased a Celio trouser from amazon via order number # 403-0422704-5178741 on 1st July 2016 and used once in October and once in November 2016. Within these two usages it developed a defect and threads are coming out in the form of small small round round tiny balls like we get in woolen clothes. On Novemeber 16th I had informed this to Celio through their Facebook page but they are yet to respond even after one month is passed. I had shared my contact number as 8754440240 also with them but of no use. This company might be promoting sub standard products in India because in Europe their products have good name and are well accepted without any quality problems. Please dont purchase in India or products manufactured in India.
