I purchased celkon a35k mobile 18th Feb 2015.
And my mobile was stacked on 09-10-2015 morning, then I call to celkon customer care center there given to me address of ved enterprises in padmavathi plaza, there told to me your display problem so pay 850/- to display. and again I taked 14-10-2015 afternoon.
When I received my mobile that time onwards not working, and again I went to ved enterprises on 15-10-2015 afternoon there told to me power is not available come tomarrow.
Mobile warranty is 1 year
battery and earphones and e.t.c 6 months, there told to me
I have a question
what is a warranty?
(or)
what is a mobile warranty?
If I think my answer is
panel, display, mic, motherboard battery, charger, earphones and etc.,
each and everything except touch pad.
(or)
when we are purchasing bill what items we received in that bill that all products we have warranty.
