I regularly use internet banking through central bank internet banking website but recently I tried cent mobile app but it only disappointed me.
If you registere for the first time they ask you CIF number and after that an otp is sent to your registered mobile number and your device is registered. After that they provide few options to login, I tried logging in using internet banking but whenever I tried to login every time I got an error Internet banking credentials can not be validated now please try again after some time.
This is not for the first time, I face this problem every time whenever I try to login. Mobile apps are meant to be easy to use but this app is not at all easy to use instead central bank website is good for internet banking.I request central bank to improve the functioning of cent mobile app
