The hotel is situated near solan.Rooms are good at a given price but the staff is nit so corpdrative. They behaves like king and costumers are like prisnors for them. They even dont know how to talk to costumers. I faced the problem that staff isn’t listening to a single thing later I called their manager and then he took care of everything.
