I would like to suggest that central bank of india in kanpur gumti branch the lady who collects cash plz chnage her as she works very slowly and wastes our time.otherwise all other staff is good. And helpful.I would suggest that central bank should provide more facilities like passbook printing machine and cash deposit machine in gumti branch as with that our time dosent gets wasted and we can deposit money easily.
