I personally don’t have account in central bank of India. But I had visited their many times with my cousin brother.
The staff their is very rude and arrogant.
They are too slow. Even if you want only a ATM form they will make you seat there for half an hour.
If we ask any questions to them they answer it very rudely and also some times they don’t answer they say go read and do it yourself.Phone banking is okay and ATM services is more than Okay.Internet service is also fine.But the customer service is very poor.
