Central Bank of India is one of the few select bank that is known for its service and Customer satisfaction. Their Clerks are very Helpful and collaborative. Talk about Phone banking, it is also very beautiful and easy which is in the Interest of Customer. ATM availibility is a little bit, but it is raising Its branch and increasing ATM too. Still you will get their ATM Machine every 2 km and money is always available which is very good for the customer.
Talk about Internet banking, it is very easy and simple because it is government bank because of which the charges are too low. I already said their clerks are very simple and family-like, who give the right wrong idea.
