Hi, today I will be sharing my 5 yrs of experience with Central Bank of India,
This is one of the worse bank I have ever been to, the representatives are so rude, they literally shouts on the customers for even small mistakes made in filling forms and writings applications. Many of the account holders are not literate, they make some mistakes, but there’s nothing to shout on them.
The internet banking is so irritating, its very hard to do money transaction online, most of the site doesnt responds and in case of OTP, it takes half an hour to hour to get it.
Also they provide you with a RuPay debit card, which is bad because many online shopping sites shows just the Master card and VISA options to continue payment .
And it has all together three ATMs in my city, which often displays the board of either out of cash or machine out of order.
And there is some thing wrong with the printers of all the branches, don’t know when they are working, each time I visit any of the branch I see a board been hanged for being out of order.
