That’s all now you can get visa debit card from central bank within 10-20 days which is started to working after 3 days. If you want activate net banking just fill out net banking/mobile banking form and give them they will create account for you. These all are totally free of cost. So use these features from central bank of India.
Central Bank visa debit card for paypal: One sad thing is you can’t use this central bank debit as International money transfer through paypal. Paypal does not accept Central Bank of India Debit cards. But you can receive money through paypal for central bank account. I tried last month and mailed to central bank of India customer support, They said you can’t use our bank debit card to paypal and Google play store service. If you want to transfer money for any US based Ptc sites and Traffic exchangers or any other. Just you can try Axis or ICICI Banks. I hope that Bank visa debit cards working fine in Paypal.
