Very recently I have been transferred from Gurgaon to Kolkata and decided to carry out the household shiftment by ISO9001 certified "Central Crgo & Packers". This is my lifetime mistake to choose them.
They had promised to deliver the household after 4-5 days after it was loaded from Gurgaon. They also promised to shiftment would be made in a container and accordingly charged high. They promised some of the items will be shift after making crates at their own warehouse at mahipalpur in Delhi. They had taken the 80% amount in advance.
But , then the surprises starts. After waiting for 8 days, I come to know that the vehicle is strucked in Allahabad for election rally and they need special permission to start from there. Then after waiting for 2 more days, I have been informed that The truck started again and will reach kolkata by next day. Then I started asking them everyday about its location and ultimately the goods reached me after 5 more days.
I was amazed to see, that a small truck(TATA 407) is fully overloaded with my goods had reached. While asking I understand, that the original truck is replaced as that don’t had any permit for w.bengal. They had agreed to deliver the goods, if I made the payment of remaining amount. They send some local goons type lads as a delivery man. So, I paid the amount. While receiving I found 80% of my goods are damaged. I tried to contact from top to bottom of their organisation, but nothing was happened. They had taken the extra money for full coverage insurance of 3%. But they didn’t deliver any insurance paper so far.
