Never use Central Cargo packers. They are cheats. Sunil Sharma(9342676233) is the contact in Bangalore. When I called him to ask for a quote, he was very polite, gave me a quote and told me that goods will reach the next day. But once they packed the goods, they said that it will cost Rs.2000 more, started arguing. Since I was in a hurry, I agreed to pay them. I should have been more careful. Once they took the goods, it was NOT delivered on the day they promised.
Actually, I am still waiting for the goods. They said it will be door-door delivery, buw now say that door to door means their godown door! They have taken my things to a place about 80 km from the address that I had given and is now asking me to go and collect my goods from there. They are rude, unprofessional and worst packers.
They gave me few bills with some Mumbai phone numbers saying it is the Head Office. None of the numbers are working! Finally I found a number from the web and called them, they are not able to help and asked me to talk to Sunil Sharma in Bangalore. I don’t know why it is called the Head Office.
