Central perk 7 restaurant located at Baner have brought together the popular sitcom FRIENDS and food. It is a small restaurant located on Baner- Pashan link road.
Ambiance wise it is a modest restaurant with the posters of FRIENDS on its wall, but in the food they have made many inventions.The item on the menu are based on names of FRIENDS characters.The name of the restaurant reminds us of Cafe CENTRAL PERK where FRIENDS characters use to hang out but the restaurant is no where near that but the foods here needs the kudos.
We tried Joey’s Double steak and black currant ice tea.It was a steak stuffed with the cheese and veggies served along with the sliced potato and some sour sauce.We were two people and it was enough for us.It was delicious and filling.It was truly a joey’s meal.
It had many other inventions in Mocktail like Chandler Bong .It also had meal named OMG based on famous dialogue in FRIENDS.
Price wise, we paid we paid Rs. 499/- for Joey’s double steak, which was sufficient for us as well as delicious so it was worth its price.
The food was served quickly and the staff were attentive.It may be annoying for some people as smoking is allowed inside the Restaurant. Also the seating arrangement is not that comfortable till the place is filled with people.
