I strongly advise against visiting this hospital. The service is shockingly poor and not worth your time, money, or trust. Ive been getting eye treatment at Shroff for over 12 years and have never experienced anything remotely close to the chaos I faced here.
I went in for a routine eye check-up, and shockingly, they conducted it without dilation, something that is absolutely essential for a proper examination. That was the first red flag.
The real ordeal began after I left. I discovered that my test reports were missing from the file. What followed was an entire day of frustration, repeated calls, follow-ups, and actual begging, all met with false assurances like youll receive it in 30 minutes or in 10 minutes, again and again, with no result. No accountability. No urgency. Just blatant indifference.
Their so-called helpline is another joke. They keep saying, "This is a centralized number, we cant connect you to the hospital directly." Do they really expect patients to believe they dont have internal contacts at their own hospital branches? Its either terrible training or outright deception.
In fact, go to Lenskartyes, Lenskart! They perform better, more thorough eye tests than this so-called hospital.
If this is how they treat people after taking their money, I shudder to think what happens in more serious cases. Do yourself a favorgo elsewhere.
