Ive had to call multiple times for service support, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Theres no real person to speak to when you need help only an automated system that leads nowhere. When a service technician is finally assigned, they go completely unresponsive. Despite calling throughout the day, theres no courtesy of answering or providing a status update.
I strongly advise against purchasing products from a company with such poor service standards and customer support that feels non-existent. If this continues, its only a matter of time before customers lose trust entirely.
