I purchased CERA faucets, and within just about six months, the color started fading. When I complained, the service team blamed acid cleaning without providing any proof. If faucets are truly that sensitive, CERA should offer proper guidelines and conduct thorough testing before dismissing customer concerns.
Even worse, during a recent call, a CERA support representative told me: Do whatever you want, we will not fix it. When I expressed concern that such behavior might discourage others from buying CERA products, the response I received was: You are not our only customer, we have many others.
This kind of attitude feels like bullying and shows a complete disregard for customers. Over the past two years, I have been repeatedly told to raise a complaint again after 7 to 10 days, but nothing has been resolved. Meanwhile, my warranty has expired, even though the issue began well within the warranty period.
A brand like CERA should take responsibility, treat customers with respect, and provide genuine solutions instead of ignoring problems.
