We were looking for Top Sanitaryware brands in India and some reviews suggested about cera. We bought couple of Toilet and Cistern of from Cera from showroom. As cera is a big brand and is known for its class products, we had bad experience with them.
Initially there was issue in the showroom as I have checked some Toilets on cera website but showroom owner denied for product that they are not available then we bought some other. They were delivered very nicely to our home but when plumber started fitting work he just told us products are defected and there was some issue on bolt holders and we were shocked. Somehow we were able to get replacement but this is not acceptable.
