I have a terrible experience with Cera conceled cisterns / conceled flush tank, it always get jammed and water will start leaking from the commode.
The product design and quality is the worst, it’s about more than a year I purchased the conceled tanks for my bathrooms and already I have called service executives for more than 15 times,
Product quality is so bad that one or the other things break and you have to wait for the spare parts, many times I have lost so much water due to malfunction of these tanks.
Imagine the nightmare of running behind this call center and service executive, waste of my time and money on this product.
I really made a bad choice while buying them, pls don’t do this mistake .look for other popular brands.
recently replaced a float valve with ball valve . costed 1k, you have to buy in only in cera, as the parts are not standard make . another way for company to make money. Create bad design, bad quality parts and make money on service and spares . I wonder if this is only with Cera or other WC manufactures do this.
