The interaction started with a discussion for an open position in CFC, Hyderabad. The discussion process went on and on in the form of multiple interviews(5 telephonic interviews from the Hyderabad office and 2 telephonic interviews from the overseas office) and one interview in person done @ the Hyderabad office. At the end of the whole process there was an assurance from the HR, the PM and the VP of the division that the offer letter would be dispatched in two days but, this is what I received: "Sorry to inform you but as of now this position has been kept on hold, so kindly bare with us for some more time to suggest you for the further process." That was the last I heard from the organization a year back. What else can you expect from CFC?
The worst part was that I had paid for the interview trip which cost nearly Rs.6000/- by flight( I was pressurized to be there at the earliest) Before leaving to Hyderabad, I was assured by the HR & the Consultant that they would reimburse the complete amount. As discussed earlier, I sent the bills by courier to the company and sadly till date I have not received any communication from them.
An organization which is not able to keep a promise of refunding the amount on time and not informing the candidate by a simple yes/no about the opening after all the ordeal he has gone through, is surely not an organization which is professional and trust worthy. **I feel extremely cheated by the so called large organization**. This is my personal experience and would recommend that individuals to be very cautious before you think of joining this organization.
